  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Diced Beet Root
  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Diced Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 5 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil diced beetroot, potato and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add rai, jeera, hing, kadi patta, chopped onion, tomato, dry red chilly powder, haldi, salt and saute well

  • Step 3

    Add boiled potato, beetroot and mix well

  • Step 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
