Ingredients

  • 1/8 Grated Cup Bottle Gourd
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Powder Tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 Tsp Besan
  • 1/2 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
  • 4 Number Kadi Patta
  • 1/4 Tsp Rai
  • 1/4 Tsp Hing
  • 1/8 Tsp Haldi
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1/4 Tsp Methi Seeds

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a bowl add besan, water and curd. Mix well and keep it aside

  • Step 2

    In a pan, heat ghee and mustard seeds and allow it to crackle

  • Step 3

    Add chopped green chilli, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder and mix well

  • Step 4

    Add grated bottle gourd and mix well

  • Step 5

    Add salt and then prepared besan mixture and mix well

  • Step 6

    Add jaggery to the kadhi, mix well and serve hot
