  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Red Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Green Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take sweet corn, boil it and keep aside

  • Step 2

    Take a pizza base and spread pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base

  • Step 3

    Put across the sauce laden base diced capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, tomato, boiled corn and grated cheese

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano and heat a nonstick frying pan at low flame

  • Step 5

    Put the pizza, cover and cook until the cheese melts slightly

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
