  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger

  • 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat clarified butter, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, grated ginger, cashew nut, black pepper powder, rice, green gram dal and water as required

    Add salt

  • Step 3

    Cover the lid and pressure cook it to 2 whistles
