  • 2 Tbsp Cow Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tsp Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl take maida, add curd, milk, chopped garlic, grated cheese, salt, baking soda, baking powder and knead into a dough by adding water as required

    Roll into a naan

    In a tawa heat butter and roast on both the sides
