Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Oats
  • 2 Tsp Whole Moong
  • 1 Boiled Tbsp Fresh Peas
  • 1 Chopped Tbsp Tomato
  • 2 Chopped Tsp Orange Carrot
  • 2 Chopped Tsp Onion, big
  • 1/4 Powder Tsp Red Chilli
  • 1/2 Chopped Tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 100 ml Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak & cook whole moong

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp oil

  • Step 2

    Add jeera and let it crackle

  • Step 3

    Next, add chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped carrot and chopped tomato

  • Step 4

    Saute all the ingredients well

  • Step 5

    Add boiled green peas, oats and mix well

  • Step 6

    Add each of salt and red chilli powder

  • Step 7

    Add boiled whole moong and sufficient water

  • Step 8

    Mix all the ingredients well, cover the pan with a lid and cook

  • Step 9

    Serve hot
