  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

    Boil cup potatoes

    In a kadhai, add oil, rai, jeera, kadhi patta, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomato, dry red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, mango powder, salt, gavar and water as required

    Mix and cook it well and add cup boiled potato

    Mix well

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with chapatti
