- 3 Tbsp Wheat Flour
- 2 Tbsp Green Zucchini(Grated)
- 1.5 Tbsp Cow Milk
- 1.5 Tbsp Refined Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp Schezwan Chutney
- 1 Tbsp Curd
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Clarified Butter
- As Required Water
For Kulcha Dough
Take whole wheat flour, refined wheat flour, curd, milk and salt, knead into soft dough and keep it aside
For The Filling
In a bowl, add grated zucchini, schezwan chutney and mix it well
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing in the kulcha
Fold and seal the edges
Flatten the kulcha and apply water on base
Transfer to a hot tawa and add ghee on top
Roast the kulcha well on both the sides
