- 4 No. Boiled Small Size Potato
- 1 Tbsp Grated Beet Root
- 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Boil baby potatoes and keep aside

In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, grated beetroot, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, haldi, chaat masala, ajwain, dhania powder, jeera, salt, and mix well with your fingers
Step 2
Sprinkle bread crumbs and mix again
Step 3
Shape the mixture into 3 uniform cutlets and keep aside
Step 4
In a pan, heat oil and shallow fry the cutlets on both sides
Step 5
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
