  • 4 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a mixing bowl and add besan, salt, ajwain, red chilli powder, haldi and a little water

  • Step 2

    Whisk using a spoon till a paste like consistency and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan and put dollops of the raw batter in the frying pan using a spoon and allow it to cook

  • Step 4

    Once cooked, take the pakodas off the flame and garnish with coriander

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
