Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add bread crumbs, sweet corn, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, grated ginger, chopped onion, soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour and salt

  • Step 2

    Add water as required and mix well and make small balls from the mixture.

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a pan

  • Step 4

    Put balls and fry till golden brown
