  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion, Big
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Butter, Salted
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Water

  • Step 1

    Blanch palak and make a puree

  • Step 2

    Make a puree from onion

  • Step 1

    In a frying pan, heat 1 tsp butter, chopped garlic, ginger, pureed onion and saute well

  • Step 2

    Once slightly cooked, add pureed spinach and saute well

  • Step 3

    Once it starts to simmer, add a little water, corn, salt, black pepper powder and mix well

  • Step 4

    Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cream

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
