- 1 Tsp Chopped French Beans
- 1 Tsp Chopped Orange Carrot
- 2 Tsp Chopped Spring Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1/8 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, green chilli, spring onion, french beans, carrot
Step 2
Saute the vegetables well
Step 3
Add black pepper powder, salt, chilly powder
Step 4
Add water to adjust consistency and let it simmer
Step 5
Add soy sauce and vinegar
Step 6
Stir well and serve hot
