Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion, Big
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, add water in besan, mix it well and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil, rai, chopped green chili, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste red chilly powder, haldi, salt, besan paste, and add enough water and stir it well to avoid any lumps

  • Step 4

    Cook till the mixture is thickened

  • Step 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 6

    Serve it hot
