  • 1/4 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Boiled Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Tsp Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1/8 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/8 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil and mash potato, boil sweet corn and keep ready

Popper coating
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add boiled mashed potato, sweet corn, chopped green capsicum, green chilli paste, garlic, salt, corn flour and mash well

For stuffing
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add grated mozzarella cheese, red chilli flakes, oregano and mix well

For poppers
  • Step 1

    Take a portion of prepared potato mixture, fill in cheese mixture and fold and roll into round balls

  • Step 2

    Coat it with bread crumbs

  • Step 3

    Heat oil for frying and deep fry the poppers till golden brown

  • Step 4

    Serve hot poppers with choice of dip
