  • 1/8 Cup Boiled Diced Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina(Suji)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Boil potatoes

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add boiled potato, chopped cabbage, dhania powder, green chillies, salt, mango powder and suji. Mix well

  • Step 2

    Shape into cutlets

  • Step 3

    Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney
