This is a quintessential mixed vegetables dish from the lands of international, but favorite across India too. It is a Savoury and delicious recipe. Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mushroom(Diced)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Parsley(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take diced mushroom in a bowl

  • Step 2

    To it add olive oil, black pepper powder, chopped parsley, oregano, chopped garlic, salt and lemon juice

  • Step 3

    Give all these a nice toss

  • Step 4

    Transfer it to a baking tray

  • Step 5

    Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes

  • Step 6

    Serve it hot
