Ingredients

  • 50 Gm Refined Flour (Maida)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Banana
  • 18 Gm Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cow Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Salted
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar till it is a smooth mixture

  • Step 2

    Now add maida, salt, baking powder, chopped banana, chopped dark chocolate use cut and fold method to mix evenly

  • Step 3

    Then add milk and knead into a dough

  • Step 4

    Roll the dough and shape them into equalsized balls

  • Step 5

    Preheat the oven, grease a baking tray and place the cookies in it

  • Step 6

    Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 mins

  • Step 7

    Remove from the oven and keep aside to cool

  • Step 8

    Banana chocolate cookies are ready to serve
