Method

For Soaking
  • Step 1

    Cook basmati rice with water

For Cornflour Paste
  • Step 1

    Take corn flour, add water and make corn slurry

For Chilli Chicken
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat oil, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped green chilli and mix well

  • Step 2

    Add of chopped onions and then add chicken and saute all these ingredients well

  • Step 3

    Add chopped spring onion, and julienne green capsicum, salt and black pepper powder, add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and sufficient water, cornflour slurry, mix well, cover with a lid and cook

For Veg Fried Rice
  • Step 1

    in a pan, heat oil, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic , chopped carrot and chopped french beans and green capsicum

  • Step 2

    Next, add chopped green chilli , salt, soya sauce and vinegar, cooked basmati rice and stir well.

  • Step 3

    Finally, add of chopped spring onion, black pepper powder and mix well

  • Step 4

    Serve veg fried rice with the prepared chilli chicken
