Ingredients

For Soup
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • As Required Water
For Rice
  • 1/2 Tsp Rice
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Cook rice

  • Step 2

    Mix corn flour and water to make slurry

For soup
  • Step 1

    In a pan, heat olive oil and butter

  • Step 2

    Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, shredded chicken and saute it

  • Step 3

    Add salt, water, cornflour paste, soya sauce, vinegar and mix

  • Step 4

    Now add the cooked rice and allow the soup to boil

  • Step 5

    Serve the piping hot chicken rice soup
