  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Tsp Grated Papaya
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add minced mutton, chopped coriander leaves, dhania powder, garam masala, besan, grated raw papaya, salt, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, jeera and blend well

  • Step 2

    Then, add chopped onion, mix and keep aside

  • Step 3

    Heat oil, add the kebab and shallow fry till golden brown

  • Step 4

    Tasty mutton kebab is ready to serve
