  • 70 Gm Chicken, Breast
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Refined (Maida) Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • For Frying Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take chicken, cut into pieces and marinate with curd, maida, salt, black pepper powder, and red chilly powder making sure it's coated well

  • Step 2

    In a deep kadai, heat oil for frying and slowly add marinated chicken pieces

  • Step 3

    Deepfry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender

  • Step 4

    Serve hot garnished with lemon twists and coriander leaves
