This is savoury and delicious, it is rich in protein. This flavorful non vegetarian recipe can be have it with coriander chutney, pudina chutney, imli chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Minced Cup Chicken, Poultry, Breast, Skinless
  • 1/2 Julienne Cup Onion, big
  • 1.5 Tbsp Bhuna Chana
  • 1 Chopped Tbsp Pudina
  • 1/2 Chopped Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Powder Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 Chopped Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Chopped Cup Pudina
  • 1 Chopped Tsp Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Water

Method

For Powder
  • Step 1

    Make powder bhuna chana

For Green Chutney
  • Step 1

    In a blender, chopped coriander leaves, chopped pudina, chopped green chilli, Salt and grind with water to make chutney

For Fried Onion
  • Step 1

    Fry onion and make brown onion

For Chicken Seekh Kebab
  • Step 1

    In a blender, add minced chicken , jeera powder, dhania powder, green chilli paste, red chilli flakes, dry mango powder, black pepper powder, prepared brown onions, chopped pudina, chopped coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste, garam masala, prepared bhuna chana powder and ghee

  • Step 2

    Blend all ingredients well, add salt, mix well and keep it aside

  • Step 3

    Now take a little portion of the mixture and roll it on the skewers

  • Step 4

    In a pan, hea oil and place the prepared skewers on it and oast it evenly from all sides

  • Step 5

    Serve this yummy dish with previously prepared green chutney
