  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil and shred chicken

    Take a thick bottom pan and heat oil, add jeera, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, salt and curd and saute the mixture well

  • Step 2

    Then add shredded chicken, lemon juice and mix well and crush kasuri methi to the chicken

  • Step 3

    For smoke, burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and add oil over the piece of coal

  • Step 4

    Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle

  • Step 5

    Serve hot
