This high protein, keto chicken recipe is a perfect evening, dinner, lunch or post workout dish. The recipe is rich in protein and goes perfectly with rice.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken, Poultry, Breast, Skinless
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Chopped Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Powder Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take boneless chicken and add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, oil, curd. Mix well and marinate chicken for 30 minutes

  • Step 2

    Take a kadhai and heat oil

  • Step 3

    Add the marinated chicken, cover & cook well

  • Step 4

    Serve hot
