  • 50 Gm Chicken, Breast
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Mushroom
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Celery Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 No. Basil leaves
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Butter, Salted

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a frying pan, melt butter at a low flame, add chopped onion, chopped spring onion, chopped ginger, chopped celery, and then saute well

  • Step 2

    Once the mixture is reduced to half the volume, add salt, coconut milk, chicken stalk, and stir well

  • Step 3

    Once the soup starts simmering, add garlic and strain

  • Step 4

    To the strained soup, add boiled chicken, diced button mushroom, basil leaves, and lemon juice and mix well allow it to cook

  • Step 5

    Garnish with basil leaves

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
