- 1/4 Cup Diced Mushroom
- 3 No. Cubed Red Capsicum
- 3 No. Cubed Yellow Capsicum
- 3 No. Cubed Green Capsicum
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Vinegar, Distilled
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
In a pan, heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped green chilli, red, yellow and green capsicum, chopped onion and saute well
Once the onions are browned, add soya sauce, vinegar, halved mushrooms and further saute
Sprinkle black pepper powder, salt, pour in a little water, mix well further, add cornflour and stir it
Cook for a few more minutes and allow it to thicken slightly
