Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 1/3 Cup Boiled Sweet Potato
  • 1 No. Burger Bun
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 2 Slices Onion
  • 1 No. Lettuce
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera)
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add boiled chopped sweet potato, mashed paneer, green chilli paste, jeera powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well

  • Step 2

    Make tikki from the prepared mixture and coat it with bread crumbs

  • Step 3

    Heat oil and shallow fry tikki until golden brown

  • Step 4

    Place bun, cut horizontally into half

  • Step 5

    Apply tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, place lettuce, onion slices, tomato slices and the fried tikki

  • Step 6

    Serve a fresh prepared burger
