  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/8 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

    Boil potatoes and keep aside

    In a mixing bowl, boiled diced potato, bread crumbs, jeera, ajwain, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves. Mash and mix the mixture

    In a frying pan, shallow fry with oil
