- 1/4 Cup Potato (Diced)
- 2 Tbsp Broccoli (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 Tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Butter, Salted
- As Required Water
Take a kadhai and add butter, chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown
Add diced potato and enough water to cook
Season it with salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and red chilli flakes and cook till potatoes soften up
Blend into a smooth texture
Pour the mixture in the same kadhai and simmer for a min
Add chopped broccoli and mix well
Pour in fresh cream and mix gently
