  • 1/4 Cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra)
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • For Frying Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, besan, bajra flour, rice flour, garam masala, ajwain, salt

  • Step 2

    Now add oil, water and mix together all the ingredients

  • Step 3

    Knead the dough and roll out pooris

  • Step 4

    Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown and crisp

  • Step 5

    Serve hot with an accompaniment
