This gluten free curd recipe is sure to stimulate your tastebuds. The popular vegetarian recipe is a perfect mid morning, breakfast or evening cold beverages dish.   • 1/4 Cup Diced Dragon Fruit
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Muskmelon
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1/2 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tsp Sugar Powder

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a blender, blend together diced muskmelon, diced dragon fruit, curd and sugar powder to a smooth consistency

  • Step 2

    Pour in a glass or bowl and garnish with diced kiwi, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds

  • Step 3

    Serve chilled
