Ingredients

  • 50 Gm Chicken, Breast
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder(Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add cumin seeds and allow to crackle

  • Step 3

    Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown

  • Step 4

    Add chopped tomato and fry

  • Step 5

    Now, add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt

  • Step 6

    Then, add chicken pieces and coat well in spices

  • Step 7

    Add sufficient water to adjust consistency, stir and allow to cook

  • Step 8

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan
