Ingredients

For Sprouts
  • 2 Tsp Whole Green Gram (Moong)
  • As Required Water
For Cheela
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Beet Root
  • 3 Tsp Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and sprout whole green gram overnight

  • Step 2

    Blend into a smooth paste

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take a bowl and add green gram paste, bengal gram flour, grated beetroot, green chilli paste, grated ginger, cumin seeds, salt, water and mix well

  • Step 2

    Take a pan and add oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated

  • Step 3

    Cover and cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side

  • Step 4

    Serve hot with chutney
