  • Step 1

    Mix all chutney ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency and keep aside

For Batter
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix together rajgira flour, suji, curd, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, salt and water as required to make a thick batter

For Dosa
  • Step 1

    Heat a pan and pour a ladle of the prepared batter and spread it evenly

  • Step 2

    With oil roast the dosa, flip and allow to cook on both sides

  • Step 3

    Serve hot dosa with chutney
