  • 5 Tbsp White Cowpea (Chawli)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • As Required Water


Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Soak and boil chawli

  • Step 1

    In a kadai, add ghee, rai, jeera, green chilli, allow to crackle

  • Step 2

    Add gingergarlic paste, haldi, onion, saute till golden brown

  • Step 3

    Add dhaniya powder, tomato and mix

  • Step 4

    Now add salt, water, boiled chawli, mix properly

  • Step 5

    Add coriander leaves, close the lid and cook
