Ingredients

  • 2 Slices 3" Brown Bread
  • 2 No. Boiled Sliced Potato
  • 2 No. Sliced Green Capsicum
  • 2 No. Boiled Sliced Beet Root
  • 2 No. Sliced Cucumber
  • 1 No. Sliced Tomato
  • 1 No. Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 3 Tsp Butter

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Take slices of bread, place them on a flat surface

  • Step 2

    Spread butter on each slice

  • Step 3

    Place the beetroot slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, capsicum slices, potato slice and onion slices on one bread slice

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle amchur on top and cover with another slice of bread

  • Step 5

    Apply butter on the toaster and transfer the sandwich on a toaster

  • Step 6

    Toast the sandwich till it turns crispy

  • Step 7

    Serve with ketchup and green chutney
