Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cow Milk
  • 5 No. Almond (Badam)
  • 5 No. Cashewnut (Kaju)
  • 4 No. Pistachio (Pista)
  • 4 Strand Saffron (Kesar)
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat a pan at a low flame, pour in milk and sugar

  • Step 2

    Mix and allow it to boil

  • Step 3

    Take a blender and add sliced almonds, sliced cashew nuts, sliced pista, few strands of saffron, green elaichi powder and sugar

  • Step 4

    Grind it to obtain a fine mixture

  • Step 5

    Add the mixture in the boiling milk, mix and allow it to boil for a few more minutes

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
