For Egg Dosa
- 1 Tbsp Rice
- 1 No. Raw Egg
- 2 Tsp Onion(Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Urad Dal
- 1 Tsp Tomato(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Red Carrot(Grated)
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
For Coriander Chutney
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves(Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Pudina(Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Green Chilli(Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic(Chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger(Chopped)
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- As Required Water
Soak rice and urad dal for two hours and grind ferment overnight
Grind all chutney ingredients to make coriander chutney
In a bowl, beat an egg, add chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, salt, chopped green chilli and beat it well and set aside
Spread the prepared dosa batter on a hot tawa
Add the beaten egg mixture
Cook with oil
Flip and cook on the other side
Serve it with the prepared green chutney
