Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Black Gram Dal (Urad)
  • 1 Tsp Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina (Suji)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds(Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

For Batter
  • Step 1

    Soak rice and urad dal overnight and blend into batter

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl, add oats flour, kadi patta, chopped onion, suji, green chilli, salt, jeera, and water, stir and mix well

  • Step 2

    Heat oil on tawa, pour batter on tawa and spread evenly

  • Step 3

    Serve hot
