  • 1/8 Cup Diced Green Capsicum
  • 1/8 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add each of diced onion, green capsicum, tomato and saute

  • Step 3

    Add each of salt and pepper and mix well

  • Step 4

    Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes

  • Step 5

    Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender

  • Step 6

    Serve hot in a bowl
