  • 2 Slices 3" Multigrain Bread
  • 3.5 Tbsp Curd
  • 5 Slice Cucumber
  • 3.5 Tbsp Chopped Dill Leaves
  • 1/8 Tsp Grated Lemon Zest
  • 1/8 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Butter

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a bowl add curd, chopped dill leaves, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder and mix well

  • Step 2

    Spread butter on bread and spread the curd mixture on bread

  • Step 3

    Place slices of cucumber on one bread slice and then place the other slice of bread

  • Step 4

    Serve with ketchup
