Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Almond
  • 2 Tbsp Jaggery Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • 4 Strands Saffron (Kesar)
  • 1 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

  • Step 1

    Grind almonds and keep ready

    Heat ghee in a kadai, add jaggery powder and mix until melts

  • Step 2

    Now add green elaichi powder, kesar strands, roast till leaves the aroma

  • Step 3

    Add chopped badam and mix until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan

  • Step 4

    Transfer on a flat surface, allow it to set and serve
