  • 2 Tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    Heat ghee in a frying pan and add wheat vermicelli and roast

  • Step 2

    Once golden brown, add milk, sugar and stir well

  • Step 3

    Cover and allow it to cook

  • Step 4

    Once the milk is reduced, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl

  • Step 5
