- 3 Tbsp Bengal Gram Dal (Chana)
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Fruit Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- As Required Water
For Tadka
- 1 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 6 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak chana dal, & grind into a paste
Khaman Dhokla
Step 1
In a bowl, add batter, salt, green chili paste, grated ginger, fruit salt, haldi, and mix well
Step 2
Grease the plate with oil and place the batter plate in a steamer
For Tadka
Step 1
Add oil, rai, kadi patta, chopped green chilies, hing, and water
Step 2
Add tempering to dhokla
Step 3
Serve hot
