- 2 Tbsp Bengal Gram Dal (Chana)
- 1 Tbsp Sev
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green Chilli
- 4 No. Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/2 Tsp Fruit Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Oil
- As Required Water
Method
Pre Preparation
Step 1
Soak chana dal in warm water
Step 2
Grind soaked dal with curd into smooth paste
For Khaman Dhokla
Step 1
In a bowl, add dhokla batter, salt, green chili paste, grated ginger, fruit salt, haldi, and mix well
Step 2
Grease the plate with oil, pour the batter into the plate and put it in a steamer
Step 3
Close the lid and steam for 15 min
For Tempering
Step 1
In a pan, add oil, rai, kadi patta, chopped green chilies, hing, water, add the tempering to dhokla, add sev, chopped coriander leaves, and mix well
Step 2
