Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Raw mango (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Beet root (grated)
  • 2 tsp Jaggery (powder)
  • 1 tsp Basil Seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin Seed powder
  • 1/8 tsp Black Salt
  • As Required Water

Pre Preparation
  • Step 1

    Pressure cook chopped raw mango

  • Step 2

    Soak basil seeds

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a blender jar, add cooked raw mango pulp, grated beetroot, jaggery powder, cumin seed powder, black salt

  • Step 2

    Add mango water and blend again to get the desired consistency

  • Step 3

    Garnish with soaked basil seeds

  • Step 4

    Add ice cubes and serve chilled
