Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Diced Bottle Gourd
  • 1/8 Cup Diced Potato
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a kadhai, heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add rai, jeera and let it crackle

  • Step 3

    Add ginger garlic paste, diced potatoes, diced dudhi, add water and let it simmer

  • Step 4

    Add each of haldi, red chilli powder and salt

  • Step 5

    Cook well for few minutes, garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Step 6

    Serve hot
