This vegan, antioxidant rich dry sabzi recipe is a perfect lunch and dinner main course dish. The recipe goes perfectly with rotis, parathas or rice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Potato (boiled, diced)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander Seed Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil

  • Step 1

    Boil diced potato

    Take a kadhai and heat oil

  • Step 2

    Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle

  • Step 3

    While stirring, add chopped red chillies, coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, boiled diced potatoes and salt

  • Step 4

    Mix well and serve hot with chapatti
