Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped French Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Water

Method

Preparation
  • Step 1

    In a Kadai, heat oil, add jeera to the hot oil and allow it to crackle

  • Step 2

    Then add onion and saute the onions till they turn translucent

  • Step 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it till light brown colour

  • Step 4

    Add chopped frenchbeans, chopped tomato, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala and water. Mix well and cover the vessel

  • Step 5

    Allow it to cook until the water completely dried

  • Step 6

    Now add mashed paneer, salt, chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti
